Wow. I went to Hong Kong and China. Here is a picture of my lunch on Tuesday, 5/13.

Oysters, fried eel, duck...

My family is happy. I missed them a lot. They mean the world to me.

Time for sleep.

Rick

Bill, thanks for the motivating post.

Much has happened since Charlotte was born over 2 months ago...

1) Mia turned 6 (8/31).
2) Mia started 1st grade.
3) Charlotte has almost doubled in size.
4) Kate started working again.
5) I no longer work at Interlake (today was my last day).
6) I have a new job working for my father-in-law (I start on Monday, 9/18).
7) I pooped at least 50 times.

The family is going to Starved Rock tomorrow through Saturday for some camping! I'm excited. Then Rob's having a party at his new place on Saturday night. I'm excited! Hope everyone is doing well. Bye for now!

Kate and the baby are doing great, and Mia is so excited! One more night in the hospital and we'll be home to relax and get to know our little girl. So excited!

La la la, doo dee doo dee doo.

Just got back from a nice run. Having a bowl of Cornflakes. I've had this huge craving for Cornflakes lately, so we got two huge boxes at Dominicks over the weekend (buy one get one free!). Good stuff. Only problem is, the milk goes so fast when I eat cereal like this! I'll just blame it on Mia.

It has been absolutely beautiful so far this spring. Is it still spring? I can't believe we're 2 weeks into June and it's so cool. Enjoy it while it lasts.

I am really anxious to meet our baby. And so is Mia. But I don't think anyone is more anxious than my wife. Can you imagine trying to do anything with another person inside of you? And I don't mean their cock in your ass or anything like that. Ridiculous. We've got the first names picked out, we just need to settle on middle names. And the last name is good to go, of course. Although Mia thinks the baby should have her last name (McFalls). Sorry Mia.

Must go shower. Next time I write in here, I will more than likely be a new daddy. Wish us luck! Or wish Kate luck, mostly.

Have fun kids.

Hi kids.

If you're reading this, you probably already got the e-mail invite. But just in case you didn't, there will be a party at my parents' house in Lombard on Saturday, 5/13. Doors open at noon. Burgers, fries, and beer will be provided. Wiffleball will be played. Bill Jagnow might be there with his girlfriend. Feel free to head to Tom Else's place later in the evening to continue the festivities. E-mail me with any questions.

In other news, Paul and I got some free bleacher tickets to Tuesday's Cubs game. Thank you John (Paul's cousin). It was a bit chilly, but they played a good game and won 3-1. They even pulled off a squeeze play! I can't tell you the last time I saw the Cubs do that. Matt Murton had a fantastic game. Apparently he and Paul are lovers.

My sister is coming to town tomorrow. I'm excited to see her.

The baby is due in about 2 months. I'm getting more and more excited (and a bit nervous) as we get closer. Kate and I are attending "Great Expectations" classes (what a stupid name) at the hospital so we'll know what to expect. Or so I'll know what to expect. Even so, it's going to blow my mind seeing my child born. I might pass out.

That's all for now. See you at the party!
