This post is going to be completely half-assed because my amp is turned all the way up and my parents are gone for the next few hours.

Things are pretty good. Work is busy as hell, but that promises to change in the next month or so (supposedly - I'm not holding my breath). Interlake itself is actually kicking some serious ass right now, so much so that we're apparently raising prices on orders that we've already received! Talk about hilarious and stupid. Anyway, yeah. We have so much business that we can do pretty much whatever we want. Hopefully Paul and I, as well as some of our other co-workers, will see some benefits of that soon. We'll see.

Kate and Mia are great, as always. Halloween is Friday and we're bringing Mia trick-or-treating. Her costume is both the cutest and most hilarious thing I've ever seen. She's going as a lion - I think she's supposed to be Simba from the Lion King specifically, but the costume is pretty generic. You'd have to see it to understand what I'm talking about. Anyway, it should be fun. Then Kate's parents will be out of town this weekend, which is always fantastic. And then Thanksgiving is coming up soon, which will be awesome. Plus it's my sister's 21st birthday at the end of November, so I get to take her out somewhere fun! I'm excited.

That's about it. Time for loud guitar! Take care everyone.
