Good morning kids,

First I want to say that my thoughts are with the people of London, and with everyone who might have friends and family in London. I wish I could say something more, but I'm somehow at a loss for words. I'm stupid.

At least it's Friday. I went for a nice run this morning. I've actually been moving pretty fast lately, probably due to the cooler weather. It feels good to not be a complete pile of shit.

Party at our place on Saturday! We'll be playing some wiffeball at Four Seasons in the afternoon too. I'm excited.
