This is my 102nd post in this blog.  The first post was made on 3/1/2003, which means this is something like the 507th day this blog has been in existence.  So I'm averaging more than 1 post every 5 days!  That's a lot more than I thought it would be, although I'm probably averaging more like 1 post every 20 days in the last few months.

I've got a couple minutes at work to waste again.  It's been really slow lately, which is bad for a couple reasons.  Number one, the day goes by soooo slow.  Or is it slowly?  Either way, it's torture.  I almost pray for phone calls now.  Number two, it's very unlikely that Paul and I will get any sort of bonus for the month of July.  Not only is it slow, but our bonus targets have gone up like 30% or something ridiculous.  Oh well, at least our paychecks next Friday will be huge.

The Cubs are playing like my asshole might play baseball right now.  There's no way they're going to catch the Cardinals, and they may not even win the wild card at this point.  Ridiculous.

This whole week has been "Kick-Off 2005" for Interlake.  Every night after work we've had stuff going on.  Monday we had a huge meeting all afternoon and then some appetizers and beverages in the evening.  Tuesday we had a meeting all morning and then bowling and pizza in the evening.  Tonight we have some Hawaiin louaouh (or however the hell you spell it) at Northbeach.  I'm sure Paul and I will be playing some ping-pong, darts, maybe some pool.  Shouldn't be too bad.  Tomorrow is some dinner thing with the entire sales team.  I'm not looking forward to that at all.

Is it Friday yet?
