It's so easy to forget about this thing.

I cannot wait for this weekend. Bill comes in on Friday night, which is so awesome. Paul and I are going to pick him up and have some Chipotle for dinner. After that we'll probably pick up Kate and Sara (my sister) and go bowling or something. And drink some pitchers of beer. Yum.

Then Saturday is the party at my place. I'm not really sure how many people are coming at this point, but I'll find that out tonight when I call around and remind everyone. If there are enough people, I'm definitely getting a keg. Bud Light anyone? It sounds like Ian is now playing an acoustic set since his band can't make it. This will probably be a good thing because now the police won't come due to the noise. We'll be grilling out all day, playing some wiffleball, basketball, croquet, and whatever the hell else we can think of. What's that one game where you throw colored balls and try to get them closest to a white ball? We should play that one too.

Only about a week until Florida. I'm not sure if I'm gonna... make....... it....................

Some good things are happening at work. Mostly having to do with money. And Paul and me getting more of it.

Went to the Cubs game last night with Paul, Rob, and Mark Staron. It was a gorgeous night and Wood pitched pretty damn well, but the Cubs decided to hit with plastic bats instead of the usual wooden ones.

Paul is thinking of going to California to visit Pete again in August, and I'm seriously considering going with. And perhaps Rob can come too. It'll probably be just for a weekend, but we're going to plan it around the Cubs / Giants series so we can catch a game. I haven't seen Pete in a long time. And I've never been to San Francisco.

I should probably get back to work. Hope you enjoyed reading this.
