So when I got the Alkaline Trio album a couple weeks ago I sent it to Marissa the next day. She hasn't gotten it yet. Last night I made another copy to send today. If she gets the first one, then she'll have an extra to give away. If she doesn't get the first one, the second one will get there soon! The problem is... I don't have her mailing address here at work. Yeah, I forgot it cuz I'm stupid. I also forgot my lunch. So Marissa - if you read this today - send your mailing address to me at work! Click here!!! I don't think a lot of people read this - but if, for some reason, you decide to e-mail me at work please try to keep it somewhat clean so I don't get yelled at.

Recording of "Progression" begins this weekend. Drum tracking starts Sunday. I'll have the new blog for it up by then.

I think I'm selling my car [gasp!]........

It makes me sad. I think that sounds pretty stupid to people, but I love my car. It's got a lot of memories and... well... stickers. It's not easy to just say, "I need a newer car" but it just makes too much sense right now. See, my parents got a new car so they want me to sell mine and they'll give me the prism - for free. My insurance ends in a few weeks, the prism has about 40,000 miles less on it than my cavalier, and it's two or three years younger. I would be stupid if I didn't go for it. More news later.

I'm not updating this very often. I guess I don't have anything exciting going on, besides the recording of the album which is officially starting Sunday. Kevin and I are going to lay down some drum tracks and see how they sound. I'm not looking to make this the production of a lifetime or anything, I just want it to sound good. Good is my goal. I can't wait to get started. I'll have a link to the "Progression" blog soon. Until then...

Just got back from playing poker with Dan and Mike and Tree and Jeff and Adam. I lost my 20 bucks in a couple hours, as is usually the case. It was ok though. Another week of work begins. I can't hold back the excitement. I'll update more when I'm at work.
